Before using any ChefTrapps products available on this website, please ensure that you understand their intended application (including industry and working conditions), features (including safety characteristics), and any usage or care instructions. Improper use of footwear or safety products may result in injury.
ChefTrapps shall not be held liable for any injury or damage, whether resulting from correct or incorrect use, arising from the use of any products purchased from this website.
PRICES
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
If payment has already been made for an order that is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
DISTRIBUTORS
If you are a distributor, dealer, or reseller, please contact us to apply for access.
Once registered and approved, you will be granted access to our distributor pricing and ordering system through your account.
Only approved customers will have access to distributor functionality.
TERMS OF SALE
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. approved credit terms).
Please ensure that all order details, including delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, changes cannot be made.
If an order needs to be redirected due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional courier charges may apply.
STOCK
While our website is linked to our inventory system, there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that item.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise arranged.
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and customs clearance. Collection must be arranged from our designated warehouse location, which will be provided upon request.
If any item in your order is out of stock, the order will be held until all items are available. If you require partial shipments, additional courier charges may apply for each dispatch.
