Refund policy
Please note that the Returns Procedure below only applies to goods bought via the ChefTrapps online store. If you have bought products via one of our distributors, then you need to liaise directly them, and adhere to their returns policy.

Return or size swap:
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition in original packaging.
- Returning an item for a size swap will be at the customers expense.
- All goods will be inspected on return to ensure that they are still in a saleable condition.
- Once we have reviewed your email, we will contact you to arrange next steps.
Return due to factory fault:
- Email returns@cheftrapps.com prior to returning any item. Include all sections as provided below.
- If you believe your footwear has a factory defect and was purcahsed less than 3 (three) months ago, you may apply for a return and refund.
- You will be required to provide photos of the factory fault for our review.
- If we cannot determine from the photo whether it is an obvious factory fault, then we will conduct a physical review based on your explanation.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods and their inspection, if we feel it is a factory fault, we will refund you accordingly, or send you a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
- If we feel that the product has been used incorrectly or has performed within it's expectations, you may not qualify for a refund.
- If approved, the courier fees will be at the expense of ChefTrapps
