Who can order ChefTrapps shoes online?

Anyone in South Africa can place an order with ChefTrapps on our online store.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, the delivery fee depends on your location and quantity of shoes ordered. But don't worry, we've kept this to a minimum.

How long will delivery take

Delivery time varies depending on your location. Orders from Cape Town will receive delivery the fastest, within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time for orders elsewhere is confirmed on check-out (anywhere between 3 - 8 business days).

What's the returns policy?

Please email returns@cheftrapps.com if there's an item you'd like to return.

We accept returns on items within 7 days of purchase, and only in the original condition that it was sold. We cannot accept a return for shoes that have been used, unless there's a clear factory fault. Please share photos if necessary.
